All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. qasweshoz1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that uses false, misleading, or unverifiable information. You are fully responsible for keeping your account details current whenever any changes occur.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone. All financial transactions on the qasweshoz1 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports commonly used local payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, bank transfers, and approved digital wallets.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and belongs to them. qasweshoz1 reserves the right to decline or place a hold on any transaction suspected of being linked to fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity. Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with established internal review procedures, and processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
Deposits credited to an account cannot be unilaterally reversed by the user once they have been used for betting activity. Any transaction disputes must be submitted to the support team within seven (7) days of the date the transaction in question occurred.
Qasweshoz1 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes service interruptions due to scheduled technical maintenance, third-party network issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Qasweshoz1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, misuse, or illegal activity. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a violation are not entitled to any remaining balance in their account unless an internal investigation has been completed with a satisfactory outcome.
All content on the qasweshoz1 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of qasweshoz1 or its licensed content providers. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from qasweshoz1.

Such links are provided for informational convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement or approval of the content in question. qasweshoz1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to negotiation within thirty (30) days.
